Job Title: Senior Officer – Research & Development (R&D) Powder Coating/Paints

Department: Research & Development

Reports To: R&D Manager / Head of Technical Department

Location: [Sahianwala- Faisalabad]

Job Purpose:

To support the R&D department in developing new chemical formulations, improving existing products, ensuring process optimization, and maintaining product quality standards in line with industry and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product testing & quality analysis

· Must have knowledge of paint chemistry, resin & system and basic work experience in (Epoxy, 2KPU, Acrylics, Alkyd etc.)

· Raw Material Testing

· Documentation & Report Writing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• DAE Chemicals, B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. / M.E. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
• Experience:

Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in R&D within the chemical / paints / coatings industry .

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of chemical formulations and raw materials.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Good understanding of product testing standards and specifications.
