Product Research Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Team Member who can:

• Discover new and innovative products.
• Conduct thorough product testing and evaluation.
• Provide brief, well-documented knowledge and reports on the products.
• This role is crucial for driving product innovation and supporting product development with technical insights and testing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Identify potential new products or product enhancements aligned with market trends and company goals.
• Test & Evaluate product samples for quality, performance, safety, and compliance.
• Document Findings in a clear, concise manner — including advantages, disadvantages, and possible use-cases.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as design, procurement, marketing) to transfer product knowledge effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related Diploma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of product testing methods and tools.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Curious mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Hands-on experience with technical testing equipment.

Prior experience in product development or R&D.

Ability to create product comparison sheets or testing protocols.
