Role Summary
The Land Department professional will be responsible for handling land-related matters including acquisition, due diligence, documentation, and strong local liaisoning with government authorities in and around Indore.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle land acquisition, purchase, and aggregation for projects.
- Conduct land due diligence: title search, ownership verification, encumbrance checks, and land-use status.
- Coordinate and liaise with local & state government departments such as:
- Revenue Department
- Town & Country Planning (TCP)
- Municipal Corporation
- Tehsil & Collector Office
- Registration & Stamp Office
- Manage conversion of land use (CLU), zoning approvals, and related permissions.
- Ensure mutation, demarcation, and land records updating.
- Coordinate registration of sale deeds, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Maintain relationships with local authorities, brokers, consultants, and legal advisors.
- Support legal team in resolving land disputes, claims, and litigations.
- Maintain proper MIS, records, and documentation related to land parcels.
- Stay updated on local land laws, government policies, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong local liaisoning skills with government authorities in Indore & MP
- In-depth knowledge of MP land laws, revenue records, and procedures
- Experience in land acquisition and documentation
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple land parcels
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
