
Senior Onboarding Governance & Operating Model Consultant
- Design and implement enterprise onboarding governance frameworks.
- Define onboarding policies, standards, and compliance controls.
- Establish onboarding stage-gate processes and approval workflows.
- Develop accountability models and RACI matrices for onboarding activities.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
Ensure alignment between onboarding processes and enterprise operating model.

- Govern onboarding streams within large transformation programs.
- Manage onboarding-related risks, issues, and escalations.
- Align onboarding milestones with overall program timelines.
- Provide executive reporting and decision-support insights.
Lead cross-functional onboarding steering forums.

- Align onboarding processes with Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across business units.
- Standardize onboarding workflows across regions/functions.
Support operating model transitions during transformation initiatives.

- Ensure onboarding processes support strategic workforce and business objectives.
- Track benefits realization and onboarding value metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement across onboarding lifecycle.
- Conduct onboarding maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
- 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, Business Management, or Operating Model Design.
- Proven experience designing enterprise onboarding or process governance frameworks.
- Strong background in Project/Program Management within complex organizations.
- Experience working within PMO, Strategy, or Transformation Offices.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
