We Are Hiring: Senior Operational Technology Specialist

Ankabut is seeking a Senior Operational Technology (OT) Specialist to lead the management, integration, and optimization of OT systems across our campus and facilities environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced OT and IoT ecosystems in a mission-critical setting, collaborating closely with IT, Facilities, Security, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end OT projects, including BMS, Access Control, CAFM, Energy Management, and IoT solutions.
• Drive OT-to-IT integration, data management, and the development of dashboards and analytics for decision-making.
• Enable smart facility initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency and user experience.
• Mentor junior IT staff and ensure adherence to IT governance and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in OT, Smart Infrastructure, or Facilities Management Systems (5+ years for Nationals).
• Proven track record in project management, API integrations, BMS, CAFM, Access Control, Energy Management, and IoT ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in data management, dashboards, process automation, and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
