Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination,

Support management with follow-ups, reporting, and organization,

Communicate with internal and external business suppliers/ representatives when needed,

Maintaining records, databases, and files related to the company’s operations

Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
-
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Handle administrative and operational tasks,
Competencies & Skills Needed:

Very organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented,
-
Fast learner with a proactive mindset background in FMCG or F&B (an added value),

Willing to travel overseas for business when required,

Hardworking, committed, and able to work under pressure,

Excellent communication skills (verbal, writing and beyond),

Excellent expertise in MS Office Apps; especially Excel and Outlook,
-
Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.

Proven ability to manage and conduct quality audits.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent in English and Arabic,
Education, Experience & Others:
-
+7 years in FMCG or F&B in the local market of Kuwait,
-
Bachelor's degree in F&B, Business Admin, or a related field,
-
Should have a Kuwaiti Driving License and own car,
Transferable work visa is a must.
