Senior Operations Assistant

We are hiring for a smart, fast-learning, and highly organized “Sr. Operations Assistant” to support day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination,
  • Support management with follow-ups, reporting, and organization,
  • Communicate with internal and external business suppliers/ representatives when needed,
  • Maintaining records, databases, and files related to the company’s operations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks,


Competencies & Skills Needed:

  • Very organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented,
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset background in FMCG or F&B (an added value),
  • Willing to travel overseas for business when required,
  • Hardworking, committed, and able to work under pressure,
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, writing and beyond),
  • Excellent expertise in MS Office Apps; especially Excel and Outlook,
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and conduct quality audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in English and Arabic,


Education, Experience & Others:

  • +7 years in FMCG or F&B in the local market of Kuwait,
  • Bachelor's degree in F&B, Business Admin, or a related field,
  • Should have a Kuwaiti Driving License and own car,

Transferable work visa is a must.
