Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in identifying and developing greenfield logistics projects, coordinating feasibility, and ensuring effective alignment across internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and develop greenfield logistics projects.
• Conduct market and sector research to evaluate demand, competitive landscape, and investment opportunities.
• Lead and liaise in the preparation of feasibility studies and business cases.
• Support the investment team on financial models , interpret outputs, validate assumptions, and apply insights to assess project viability and returns.
• Support investment sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
• Engage with government authorities throughout the development cycle.
• Support negotiations of commercial agreements with EPC/vendors and potential customers.
• Track project progress, including timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
• Experience: 6–9 years of relevant experience in project development, operations, or investment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, ability to work with financial models, and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Background: Experience in logistics, infrastructure, or investment-related projects is an advantage.
• Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written).
