Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive with experience in B2B operations within the Personal Care or FMCG industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in key account management , purchase order (PO) processing , Goods Receipt Note (GRN) tracking , and overall coordination with internal and external stakeholders for seamless supply chain execution.


Key Responsibilities:


B2B Operations Management:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing for institutional and B2B clients.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service levels.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve client queries, operational issues, and delivery concerns promptly.

PO & GRN Handling:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the system as per internal team requirements.
  • Track Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses for stock availability.
  • Collaborate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities.
  • Generate and share periodic reports on order status, GRN, and PO status with stakeholders.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG or Personal Care sector.
  • Experience in handling B2B key accounts and managing PO/GRN workflows .
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and order management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
