Senior Operations Executive

The job responsibilities consists of:

• Opening and updating of job files in the ERP software.
• Attending to customer inquiries.
• Advising customers on procedures in applying for various government approvals (Notably: QCDD, EPC/Chemical and Radiation, Qatar Standardization, MOPH, Pharmaceuticals, ICT/CRA, Traffic department, MOI, Ministry of Culture etc).
• Coordinating shipment collection from origin country with overseas agent, and arranging shipment till Doha.
• Verifying all shipping documents and ensuring they are in line with Qatar local regulations for import shipments and destination customs for export shipments.
• Coordinating shipment local customs clearance in Qatar between customs clearance team and customers.
• Coordinating internally with operations team and transportation team to arrange smooth last mile delivery of shipments.
• Updating job costs and selling in the ERP software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Freight Forwarding: 10 years (Required)

• English (Required)
