We Are Hiring: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Qatar – Al Mutla Trading & Contracting

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee our diverse contracting operations. This role is designed for a strong leader who can take ownership of multiple divisions, drive efficiency, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction across all company divisions:
• General Contracting & Construction (villas, refurbishments, finishing works).
• Steel & Metal Fabrication (gates, carports, fencing, cladding, handrails).
• Aluminium & UPVC Works (windows, doors, skylights, partitions, louvers).
• Wood & WPC Carpentry (interior doors, wardrobes, kitchens, decorative works).
• Shades & Outdoor Structures (car shades, pergolas, gazebos, tensile systems).
• Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC (MEP).
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and handover.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timelines.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team and project performance.
• Review and approve tenders, quotations, BOQs, and financial forecasts.
• Mentor and develop senior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and business expansion.
• Represent the company at a senior level with clients, consultants, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or project management within the contracting/construction industry.
• Proven record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing diverse service areas.
• Expertise in project costing, financial control, and strategic planning.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence at executive level.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
