Key Responsibilities:


  • Qualifications Experience
  • Graduate with 9 12 years of experience in Quote to Cash and Logistics Transportation services and Transportation documentation
  • Must have strong domain expertise in Quote to Cash and logistics functions
  • Good to have if he she has industry experience of both BPO and Petro chemicals industry
  • Should have executed few transformation projects in his her current or previous role
  • Exposure to Inventory Management allocation processes customer dispute resolution and query handling is beneficial
  • Key Skills Expertise
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
  • Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis RCA and driving corrective and preventive actions
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
  • Work Environment
  • Must be open to working in rotational shifts APAC EMEA US
  • Required to work on site on all working days
