Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Strategy Execution:
Translate company goals into actionable operational plans and ensure timely execution.

Process Optimization:
Identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement scalable systems to support business growth.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve high performance.

Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability through effective resource allocation.

Performance Tracking:
Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 7+ years in operations management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry Background:
Experience in digital solutions, technology services, or business consulting environments is highly preferred.

Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to manage teams, drive accountability, and lead organizational change.

Analytical Ability:
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.

Communication:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is an advantage.

Mindset:
Results-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.

Pay: ﷼28,000.00 - ﷼32,000.00 per month
