Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations ensuring service quality and efficiency

Performance Management
Drive revenue growth, control costs, and implement KPIs to improve overall business performance

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor outlet managers and supervisors to build strong and accountable teams

Process Improvement
Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistency across all branches

Customer Experience
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns professionally

Compliance
Maintain full compliance with Qatar regulations, health standards, and company policies

What We Are Looking For

Experience
8 plus years in hospitality operations with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple locations

Background
Strong experience in restaurant groups, premium dining, or hospitality chains

Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage managers, and drive accountability

Business Acumen
Deep understanding of P and L, cost control, and revenue optimization

Communication
Strong English communication skills required. Arabic is an advantage

Mindset
You are results driven, hands on, and capable of making strategic decisions in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
