Responsibilities:

• Improve service processes and content to enhance user satisfaction.
• Identify service gaps and implement solutions to optimize the user experience.
• Develop and refine SOPs and strategies related to class consumption.
• Analyze class usage data and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Support key initiatives including training and project execution.
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with product, tech, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Manage internal and external resources to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, SPSS, or other data tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and reading); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
