Support and coordinate SSOC operations by handling critical incidents, supervising operators during shifts, monitoring systems, and ensuring rapid communication and escalation during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Perform incident triage and prioritization.
  • Dispatch appropriate response teams.
  • Operate hospital command and control systems:
    • SCS
    • CAFM
    • Vocera
    • DATIX
    • EQ2
    • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Monitor CCTV/security alerts and temperature monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate ambulance and inter-facility transfers.
  • Handle ED trauma alerts and emergency notifications.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents.
  • Maintain communication logs and voice recordings.
  • Assist the Supervisor with reporting and shift handover.
  • Guide junior operators during peak incidents.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years experience in healthcare call center, dispatch, security operations, or emergency command center.
  • Experience in hospital environments preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Experience with command/control systems and surveillance applications.
  • Incident tracking and dispatch systems.
