At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Senior Operator of Attraction Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth daily Rides & Attractions Operations. This position will exude an infectious passion for delivering world class memorable experiences.

Job Specific Responsibilities
- Train new staff and certify and check out new employees on Attractions.
- Schedule, coach, observe, and provide feedback on compliance to company policies such as attendance, wardrobe, and grooming.
- Be available in the area to deal with crowd control or Guest issues and handle area issues as they surface.
- Spend time in the areas to ensure operating procedures are adhered to and always followed.
- Lead and assist with all opening procedures in designated areas, ensuring the areas are properly cleaned, inspected, and checked out in the morning before park opening.
- Inform management of any irregularities that need to be addressed before the next day opening.
- Communicate any faults, safety issues, or staffing problems to management.
- Conduct morning briefings.
- Support the team in all aspects of Rides & Attractions experience; manage fast pass, special requests, and VIP services as required.
- Enforce all park policies, procedures, and maintain all Six Flags standards.
- Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Be willing to work long hours in unusual or extreme weather conditions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education
High School or above. Business Management certificates are preferred.
Experience
0-2 years of operation in entertainment; theme park experience preferred but not essential. Experience explaining and enforcing policies and procedures preferred.

- Strong interest in operational details and ability to work with all ages, nationalities, and genders.
- Ability to lead and train staff.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills working with guests and staff.
- Professional understanding and communication of English (written and spoken).
- Lead in managing the staff to deliver world class experience to all visitors.
