Senior Oracle Database Administrator

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle DBA with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of availability, security, performance, and reliability across all database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle Database systems.
• Perform regular database maintenance, patching, and performance tuning.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Manage backups, recovery plans, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and access control across environments.
• Create and manage users, roles, and permissions.
• Support developers and end-users with database-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong experience with performance tuning (AWR, ASH, SQL tuning).
• Hands-on experience with RMAN backup and recovery.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle architecture, RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with patching, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of security standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
