Job Purpose:
To provide advanced functional and technical expertise in Oracle Financial modules, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting, and enhancements. The role supports the Finance function by aligning Oracle Financial systems with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.).

Analyze business requirements and recommend effective Oracle-based solutions.

Develop and maintain functional documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Support end-users by troubleshooting system issues and providing timely resolutions.

Participate in Oracle Financial system upgrades, testing, and patching.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and ERP teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on financial modules.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies through system controls.

Recommend improvements to processes and reporting capabilities.

Qualification & Education:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

Oracle Financials certification or CMA is a plus.

Years of Experience:
3-5 years
of experience in Oracle Financials, preferably in a specialist or consultant role.
