Job Summary:
The
Senior Organization Design Specialist
will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of organizational structures, workforce planning, and position management strategies across the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of position-related data and enabling data-driven decisions through effective organizational analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support organizational design initiatives, including structural reviews, role evaluations, and workforce optimization.

Manage and maintain accurate position data within SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

Develop and update organizational charts and process flows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.

Analyze workforce data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Design and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Ensure high accuracy in all data inputs, maintenance, and reporting activities related to position and organizational structures.

Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between organizational structure and business objectives.

Support change management efforts related to organization restructuring, job changes, and workforce transitions.

Assist in developing position management guidelines, tools, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Position Data Management within SAP SuccessFactors (or any other HRIS)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in organization design, HR analytics, or HR systems.
