
Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
- Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies.
- Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
- Define stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Drive adoption, reinforcement, and behavioral change initiatives.
- Establish change governance frameworks and success metrics.
- Partner with Program Managers and PMO to embed OCM into transformation initiatives.
- Support large-scale digital, operational, or business transformation programs.
- Identify risks and resistance points; develop mitigation strategies.
- Track benefits realization and adoption KPIs.
- Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
- Align organizational structure, processes, and capabilities with new business models.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and executive alignment sessions.
- Drive cultural transformation and performance management alignment.
- Develop executive communication materials and change narratives.
- Lead training and enablement programs.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and leadership briefings.
- 11+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong background in operating model design and business transformation.
- Experience working within PMO or large program environments.
- Expertise in stakeholder management at executive level.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
