Summary:
We are looking for an Organizational Development Partner/Specialist to help us build a highly skilled, engaged, and adaptable workforce. You will partner with management and company leadership to design training programs, improve team workflows, Product knowledge and support company growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment from our corporate head office.
Key responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Design and roll out employee training programs (safety, equipment operation, and leadership) to upskill our manufacturing teams.
- Performance Management: Partner with department heads to set clear performance goals and evaluate team efficiency.
- Change Management: Guide employees through new technology or product implementations, process changes, or structural updates.
- Employee Engagement: Lead surveys and team-building initiatives to boost morale and reduce turnover if possible.
- Product and other Planning: Help identify future products, trainings, instructions and create career development paths for existing employees and give all the necessary product trainings to new employees.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 4 years in HR, Organizational Development, or Training, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting (Chemical Industry is highly preferred but not required).
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement processes is highly preferred.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from entry-level officers to executive and senior management both plant based and corporate.
- Problem-Solver: A hands-on approach to identifying skills gaps and fixing workplace inefficiencies where and whenever required.
