We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate of our university who meets the following criteria:

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related area
  • Min 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related discipline,
  • Knowledge of performance management systems, job evaluation and grading
  • Overall understanding of the core HR processes and hands on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
  • Experinced in SAP HR module and performance management systems (OKR, SF etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment


Job Description

  • Supporting to provide required analysis for organizational design and restructuring studies
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Supporting the implementation of performance management systems and following the annual performance management process
  • Having the responsibility for each step of Employee Engagement and HR satisfaction surveys
  • Contributing to review of job evaluation, grading systems and titles
  • Supporting the identification of critical positions within the organization and ensuring alignment with the Training and Development unit for talent and development activities
  • Updating and publishing procedures, carrying out process improvement studies
  • Preparing monthly, yearly, adhoc reports and in line with the outputs improve all related HR processes and systems
