Background and Context
Digital & Technology sits at the heart of Haleon’s ambition to Win as One. We are Haleon’s digital backbone – how we accelerate impact, unlock new value, and build a future‑ready organisation. Digital isn’t simply part of our business; it is how we operate, grow, and deliver everyday health at scale.
The Digital & Technology function plays a critical role as a strategic partner to the business, turning insights into impact and ideas into innovation. From secure, resilient operations and modern digital foundations, to hyper‑personalised customer and consumer experiences, digital is embedded across every part of Haleon – shaping how we innovate, supply consumer demand, go to market, and run our internal operations.
Our focus is clear: to secure the business, run resilient and compliant operations, and transform Haleon into a digital organisation that is wired for excellence. This is enabled by sustained investment in a scalable, resilient technology foundation and the adoption of digital solutions that empower our people, elevate performance, and enable the 4–6% organic revenue growth and productivity savings underpinning Win as One.
Digital only delivers when people are at the centre. Building skills, confidence, and modern ways of working is essential to realising value from technology. Together, we are reshaping the backbone of Haleon to become a best‑in‑class consumer health company – bold, resilient, performance‑focused, and fit for the future.
Role Overview:

This role acts as a trusted delivery partner to OU business teams, ensuring defined digital priorities are translated into reliable, scalable solutions aligned to global platforms and standards. The focus is on execution excellence, adoption, and operational performance, rather than enterprise or regional strategy ownership.
The role requires hands‑on experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and digital platforms, alongside operational technologies such as infrastructure and security. Working closely with global product and platform teams, the Senior OU Tech Partner ensures local needs are met while remaining aligned to Haleon’s global roadmaps, governance, and ways of working.
Success in this role is driven by delivery quality, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective operation within a complex, matrixed global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution
Deliver agreed digital and technology initiatives supporting OU priorities in the MEA.
Translate defined roadmaps and plans into clear delivery activities, milestones, and outcomes.
Support the implementation and adoption of global digital products and platforms, including limited localisation where required.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, global platform partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with OU Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Corporate teams to clarify requirements and support delivery.
Act as the primary day‑to‑day technology contact for assigned domains or initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to enable adoption and value realisation.
Matrix & Global Collaboration
Partner with global product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver MEA OU requirements in line with global standards.
Contribute delivery feedback and local insights to support continuous improvement of global platforms and services.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure delivery activities follow secure‑by‑design principles and established architecture standards.
Apply global IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within assigned scope.
Support compliance with local regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements.
Operations & Financial Management
Monitor operational performance of owned digital and technology services and support issue resolution with global teams.
Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and benefits tracking for assigned initiatives.
Team & Capability Contribution
Lead or coordinate small delivery teams or workstreams as required.
Support capability development and adoption of modern delivery practices within the team.
Contribute to a collaborative, delivery‑focused culture across the OU tech partner community.
Qualifications & Experience:
4–6+ years’ experience in digital or technology delivery roles, ideally within commercial or enterprise environments.
Experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or digital experience platforms.
Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation, partnering with central product and platform teams.
Exposure to technology operations, vendors, or delivery partners.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communicator, able to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer‑led environments advantageous.
