Job Description – Senior Outbound Lead Development Representative
The Senior Outbound Lead Development Representative is responsible for executing structured outbound telephone activity to engage prospective customers, deliver approved vendor messaging, and secure qualified meetings for enterprise technology clients.
This role requires strong daily planning, disciplined execution, accurate CRM administration, and consistent achievement of individual performance targets across assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Complete a minimum of 10 outbound presentations per day to prospective customers via telephone
- Deliver approved campaign messaging clearly and professionally
- Handle objections confidently and progress conversations toward qualified meeting outcomes
- Achieve individual lead targets for each assigned program
- Maintain a professional, consultative approach when engaging senior decision-makers
Daily Planning & Call Preparation
- Complete daily pre-call planning activities using HubSpot CRM
- Review and prioritise outbound activity using the oSpace Priority Score
- Action logged callbacks, follow-ups, and tasks within agreed timeframes
- Review campaign briefs and instructions provided by the Operations team prior to calling
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records in HubSpot
- Log all call activity, outcomes, notes, and next steps on the same business day
- Update lead statuses in line with internal definitions and processes
- Ensure CRM data integrity to support internal reporting and client delivery
Lead Reporting & Client Documentation
- Complete Lead Reports for all leads booked, in line with client requirements
- Ensure reports are accurate, clearly written, and submitted within required timeframes
- Capture relevant qualification details to support effective vendor follow-up
Program & Performance Management
- Work across one or more client programs as assigned
- Understand and work toward program-specific KPIs and performance targets
- Take ownership of individual performance and output
- Escalate issues, risks, or blockers to management in a timely manner
Meetings, Training & Engagement
- Attend all required client briefings to understand campaign objectives and messaging
- Participate in team meetings and scheduled one-to-one meetings with your line manager
- Actively engage in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Apply feedback to improve performance and adherence to process
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling environments
- Strong objection-handling and conversational skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in CRM administration
- Experience working to defined targets and structured processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
