Senior Outdoor Sales Executive with own Car

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidate must have UAE experience and own a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Conduct regular outdoor client visits to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms to secure profitable contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8years of UAE experience in logistics / Automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE logistics market and customer base.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client database in UAE market.
  • Knowledge of sea freight, air freight, land transport, and customs clearance services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
