Job Description

Lead day-to-day fraud risk operations with a high level of risk sensitivity, identifying representative fraud risks through routine monitoring, case review, and in-depth analysis; summarize fraud patterns and characteristics, and propose actionable risk control optimization recommendations.

Risk Review & Assessment: Review and assess materials submitted by potentially high-risk users; analyze review outcomes and approval rates to identify improvement opportunities, optimize review workflows, and drive enhancements to risk review products, thereby reducing ineffective or low-value review tickets.

Case Analysis & Investigation: Leverage operational and analytical tools to identify fraud cases, analyze fraud methodologies, reconstruct end-to-end attack paths, accurately characterize fraud behaviors, and propose corresponding prevention and mitigation measures.

Monitoring & Early Warning: Monitor overall risk trends, strategy performance, and operational processes; contribute to the development of fraud risk early-warning mechanisms to proactively identify emerging risks and improve risk awareness through a combination of risk operations and strategy deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to refine fraud risk strategies, embed risk controls into business processes and new products, and drive effective cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related disciplines.
Work Experience

3+ years of experience in risk management, with a background in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

Hands-on experience in fraud case analysis, investigation, or risk review is required.
Technical & Professional Skills

Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Hive, SQL, and Excel.

Risk Expertise: Solid understanding of fraud risk operations and case analysis methodologies; familiarity with common fraud typologies and key analytical breakpoints; capable of rapidly deploying risk controls and validating their effectiveness.
Soft Skills

Strong logical thinking and risk sensitivity, with the ability to quickly identify fraud behaviors, reconstruct fraud scenarios, summarize fraud characteristics, and drive improvements in operational tools, products, and systems in collaboration with technical and product teams.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and align stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
