You are responsible for strategy, decision-making, and client leadership.

A LinkedIn advertising and landing page platform built specifically for B2B companies running demand generation programs. Karrot helps companies scale LinkedIn campaigns with better targeting and conversion infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Own Revenue
Manage ~$60K/month in client revenue
Maintain 100% retention
Grow accounts to $72K/month+ (20%+ growth) through upsells, budget expansion, and new channels
Lead Strategy
Deliver 2+ proactive recommendations per client per month
Identify issues before clients do
Tie performance to real business outcomes
Be Proactive
Flag risks early
Eliminate reactive communication
Maintain high execution quality
Use AI for Leverage
Build workflows that save 5+ hours/week
Automate reporting, QA, and analysis
Reinvest time into strategy
Expand & Systemize
