We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our paid media efforts, with a heavy focus on Meta, but not limited to it.
This is not a basic campaign management role.
This role sits between execution and leadership, you’ll be expected to both do the work and ensure the work is done right across the team.
We need someone who understands how Meta actually works under the hood (tracking, delivery, creative, attribution), can operate in Google when needed, and can act as the first line of leadership and quality control for the media team.
If you’ve never worked with CAPI, event deduplication, or diagnosing performance issues across creative, audience, and tracking, this role is probably not a fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning and optimizing paid media performance across Meta, with working knowledge of Google Ads
- Driving down CPL while improving lead quality, conversion rates, and overall profitability
- Managing, guiding, and quality-controlling platform-specific media buyers (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Identifying what’s working, what’s not, and clearly communicating why
- Bringing structure and accountability to testing, reporting, and daily media operations
- Collaborating with leadership on budget allocation, scaling, and strategy decisions
Team Leadership & Quality Control (This Role Is Critical)
This role is not just about managing your own campaigns.
You will act as the first line of leadership for paid media execution across the team.
- Serve as the go-to resource for other media buyers when issues arise
- Review campaigns and ensure they are built correctly before and after launch
- Catch mistakes, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities proactively
- Provide clear direction, not just answers, so the team improves over time
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy, not just following instructions
- Act as a layer of quality control before anything reaches senior leadership

We’re looking for someone who can think, lead, and take ownership of outcomes.
Core Requirements (Meta Focus)
- Strong hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns inside Meta
- Deep understanding of:
- CAPI and server-side tracking
- Event deduplication (pixel + CAPI)
- Attribution windows and conversion lag
- Campaign structure (ABO vs CBO) and learning phase
- Experience with Advantage+ (ASC, placements, audiences) and knowing when to use vs control
- Strong understanding of geo-targeting, special ad categories, and compliance (finance experience is a plus)
- Ability to diagnose performance issues and work backwards from results
Creative & Delivery Understanding
- Understand how Meta’s delivery system works (not just campaign setup)
- Can identify why creatives are not getting spend
- Translate performance data into clear creative direction
- Strong instincts around creative fatigue, hooks, CTR, engagement, and conversion flow
Testing, Data & Reporting
- Experience running structured A/B tests and drawing actionable conclusions
- Understand statistical significance, test timelines, and scaling winners
- Strong with Meta reporting, breakdowns, and segmentation
- Ability to reconcile platform data vs internal reporting and build a reliable source of truth
Leadership / Team Impact
- Help mentor and level up other media buyers
- Bring clarity and direction to team performance
- Help connect performance across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Stay on top of competitors, trends, and platform changes
Bonus Points
- Experience in lead generation (especially finance or regulated industries)
- Hands-on creative ability (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cross-platform strategy and budget allocation

We’re looking for someone who can come in, take control of Meta, ensure campaigns are built and executed correctly across the team, and help elevate the overall performance of our paid media operation.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
