Position Summary

GSHC is seeking a Senior Part-Time Google & Meta Campaign Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate has strong experience in healthcare, fertility, IVF, or other regulated industries, with a proven ability to generate high-quality, high-intent leads.

This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for a senior marketer who seeks autonomy while remaining part of a collaborative team. SEO experience is strongly preferred to support integrated paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Facebook/Instagram Lead Gen, and Retargeting.
  • Optimize campaigns weekly to improve CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to healthcare and infertility markets.
  • Oversee tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, intake, and sales teams to align messaging, evaluate lead quality, and improve funnel performance.
  • Support SEO efforts including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and technical recommendations.
  • Provide clear monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all advertisements comply with regulations for medical and sensitive categories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven success generating results in healthcare, fertility, or regulated fields.
  • Strong SEO experience (keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical fundamentals).
  • Expert proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Events Manager.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to deliver strong results in part-time hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IVF clinics, surrogacy agencies, egg donor or sperm donor programs.
  • Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with CRO and landing page optimization tools.
  • Experience marketing to international or Chinese-speaking audiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
