
Senior Parts Advisor - Magneti Marelli
- Develop and implement the sales plan for the assigned geographic area to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and expand the customer network (distributors – service centers – spare parts retailers).
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and coverage.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, analyze their pricing and offers, and provide recommendations to enhance competitiveness.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, market situation, and customer issues.
- Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions within the region.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales (passenger cars).
- Strong knowledge of the local spare parts market (distributors – wholesalers – workshops – service centers).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
- Good command of English is an added advantage.
