
Senior Parts Advisor - Magneti Marelli

Develop and implement the sales plan for the assigned geographic area to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage and expand the customer network (distributors - service centers - spare parts retailers).

Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and coverage.

Monitor competitors' activities, analyze their pricing and offers, and provide recommendations to enhance competitiveness.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, market situation, and customer issues.

Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from customers.

Support the execution of promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions within the region
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales (passenger cars).

Strong knowledge of the local spare parts market (distributors - wholesalers - workshops - service centers).

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
-
Good command of English is an added advantage.
