Key Responsibilities – Operations:
- Daily Operations: Ensure the clinic is patient-ready before doctor arrival, manage patient handling, perform daily medicine audits, and conduct weekly cash deposits.
- Patient Feedback: Collect and report reviews and feedback from patients to improve service delivery.
- Inventory & Utilities Management: Monitor and replenish essential clinic supplies including gloves, sanitizers, bags, syringes, etc.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good working relationships with clinic staff, owners, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Reporting & Coordination: Send daily performance updates, respond to central/city team tasks, and ensure timely follow-through on assigned actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in clinic operations or patient-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools and basic Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to travel across locations when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
