Senior Pavement Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Pavement Engineer to join our Asphalt Division in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in asphalt pavement projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality works in compliance with local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asphalt paving operations and ensure adherence to approved specifications and project requirements
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and asphalt mix designs
• Monitor site activities, quality control testing, and project progress to maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
• Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers and technical staff to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of asphalt/pavement engineering experience in Qatar
• Strong expertise in asphalt pavement construction, supervision, and quality control
• Comprehensive knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards
• Proven experience in managing asphalt projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and specifications
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
• Candidates currently based in Qatar with relevant local project experience are preferred
