Job Description:

• 6+ Years Role Summary As a Senior Pega Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design for Pega-based applications.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Pega solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Documentation Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and user stories for Pega applications.
• Solution Design & Collaboration Work with Pega architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with Pega platform capabilities.
• Project Leadership Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Define acceptance criteria and assist in UAT.
• Validate solutions against business needs and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Management Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Continuous Improvement Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in Pega projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Pega BPM, case management, and integration capabilities.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Certifications (Preferred): Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Nice-to-Have Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Pega Dev Studio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120.00 - $130.00 per year
