We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Pega (CLSA) to join a growing Digital Products and Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and real-time interaction management, with the ability to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications, focusing on real-time interaction management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory

Strong hands-on experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including 2+ years as LSA

Solid understanding of Pega application architecture, design patterns, and case management

Experience in real-time interaction management frameworks

Strong knowledge of integration capabilities (APIs, services, messaging systems)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Experience with Node.js is a plus

Exposure to digital banking / fintech environments
