Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising, continuously optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance content visibility across web properties.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and improve customer retention.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights that inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging copywriting for ads, landing pages, blogs, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate detailed reports to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Oversee budgeting for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets when necessary for campaigns or promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing within a D2C fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising sales platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics; ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and basic HTML skills for website updates.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Excellent research skills coupled with creative copywriting abilities to craft compelling messaging.
  • Knowledge of print advertising is a plus but not mandatory; a desire to learn new channels is essential.
