Overview of the role:
You will take full ownership of building B2B performance marketing from 0 to 1, partnering directly with venture founders to achieve product-market fit and drive the first point of scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B lead generation, a proven track record of launching products from scratch, and the ability to work autonomously in building GTM strategies that deliver results.
Expectations from the role:

Act as the embedded growth lead for B2B ventures, taking full P&L responsibility for customer acquisition and revenue growth

Define and implement end-to-end B2B growth strategies for ventures from 0 → 1, including positioning, ICP definition, and channel selection

Build comprehensive GTM playbooks covering customer segmentation, messaging frameworks, pricing strategy, channel mix, and funnel design

Design, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across B2B channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, industry-specific platforms, and ABM tools

Own the entire B2B marketing funnel from awareness through conversion, establishing KPIs and tracking mechanisms from day one

Conduct hands-on execution of full-stack B2B marketing including content marketing, SEO, partnerships, events, and performance marketing

Design and run growth experiments (landing pages, messaging tests, channel tests, conversion optimization) to validate hypotheses

Develop and monitor CAC/LTV models, unit economics, and budget allocation frameworks for sustainable growth

Collaborate with product, sales, and ops teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization

Build and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale execution

Establish reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to venture founders and studio leadership

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform strategy
Qualifications and Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, with proven experience launching products from 0 to 1

Track record of building and scaling B2B marketing engines in SaaS, tech, or startup environments

Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and lead qualification frameworks

Extensive hands-on experience with B2B marketing platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and ABM tools

Experience working directly with founders or in venture building/studio environments is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
