Qualifications

Passion for amazing results, to make a real change in the world.

Min 4 years of experience, including 3 years of performance marketing & analytics in an app-based company.

Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other ad platforms & mobile attribution and analytics tools.

Proven experience in campaign optimization, scaling and growth strategies.

Having good reporting skills.

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace or listing businesses is a plus.

Experience in organic growth, social media, ASO, SEO, content marketing, e-mail, push marketing, personalization and recommendation tools is a plus.

University degree in a related department.
As Our Performance Marketing Manager You Will;
-
Plan, build and execute performance campaigns in a flexible and timely manner on Paid Social, Display and Video advertising platforms to increase user acquisition at optimal paybacks in the assigned markets.

Provide designers with concept briefs and performance improvements for the creatives.

Create data analytics and dashboards to execute, optimize and report on campaigns, including creatives, campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management.
