Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
The ideal candidate must have a proven history of managing significant advertising budgets, generating qualified leads for US-based businesses, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven decision making.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Implement tracking and attribution systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including SEO, AEO, and GEO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in paid advertising.
- Extensive experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing budgets from $1,000 to $5,000+ per day.
- Strong understanding of lead generation for US markets.
- Proven experience in Home Services, MCA, or Medicare campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with call-tracking platforms.
- CRO and landing page optimization expertise.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Experience working with agencies handling multiple client accounts.
