As we continue expanding globally, we are hiring a highly skilled and fashion-forward Performance Marketing Expert to lead our paid media strategy and help position Alizay Saad Middle East alongside the world’s finest brands.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a top-tier candidate who:

- Has 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing for fashion or luxury e-commerce
- Has deep knowledge of luxury brands like Gucci, Versace, Chanel, Dior, and understands their visual language, digital tone, and marketing approach
- Has a refined aesthetic eye to guide creatives that reflect ultra-premium brand standards
- Understands global luxury buyer psychology, especially in the UAE, KSA, USA, and UK markets
-Is fluent in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
- Has a strong track record in driving measurable sales, high ROAS, and scaling campaigns
- Is Lahore-based or willing to work on-site from our Gulberg office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Create audience strategies targeting high-net-worth customers in the GCC, USA, and UK
• Collaborate with the design to develop visually luxurious and high-converting ad creatives
• Demonstrated success in running and scaling paid campaigns with proven sales results
• Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and provide detailed performance analysis
• Strategize retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking
• Ensure correct implementation of Pixels, GA4, UTM tracking, and Shopify integrations
• Keep updated with luxury fashion trends, market behavior, and platform algorithm changes

• Starting Salary: PKR 120,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
