
Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, and apple search ads.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creative.

Manage advertising budgets effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field

Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI)

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms (a plus)

Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

Solid understanding from google analytics, MCM, GTM, Social media Pixels.

A data-driven and analytical mindset.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
