About the Role
SPARC Digital Solutions is looking for a High-Level Performance Marketer who is an expert in scaling service-based businesses. We need a specialist who understands "Direct Response Marketing" and can manage significant ad spends on Google and Meta to generate high-quality leads for industries like Home Improvement, Remodeling, and Construction.
Core Expertise Required
- Google Ads Mastery: Expert in Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Display. You must know how to optimize for high-ticket keywords and improve Quality Scores to dominate the SERP.
- Meta Ads Specialist: Deep understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads, including Creative Testing, Audience Scaling, and using Advantage+ campaigns to drive ROI.
- Account Auditing: Pro-level skills in auditing existing ad accounts to identify wasted spend and scaling opportunities.
- Tracking & Analytics: Hands-on experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager), GA4, and Meta Pixel/Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Designing and executing full-funnel strategies that convert cold traffic into qualified leads.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of ad copies, headlines, and visuals to maintain a low CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Budget Scaling: Safely scaling daily budgets from $100 to $1,000+ while maintaining stable performance.
- Reporting & ROI: Preparing technical performance reports that clearly show spend, leads, and conversion rates.
- Tool Familiarity: Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management and ClickUp for task tracking is required to stay aligned with the agency's workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing (Agency background is a must).
- Niche Proven Track Record: Experience in US/UK/International markets for service-based niches (Remodeling, Roofing, HVAC, etc.).
- Creative Mindset: Ability to provide "Winning Hooks" and ad angles to the design team.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and pivot strategies based on performance trends.
