We are seeking a polished, customer-obsessed Omnichannel Personal Shopper to deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury shopping experience across all customer touchpoints   in-store, online, at events, and even in clients  homes upon request. 
This hybrid role bridges the eCommerce and Customer Experience teams and plays a pivotal part in driving sales, retention, and loyalty through highly personalized, data-informed engagement. The ideal candidate combines refined taste with strong digital skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to proactively grow client portfolios in line with business objectives
Client Experience & Sales Advisory 
- Provide personalized styling, curation, and gifting support tailored to clients  preferences, lifestyle, and purchase history. 
- Deliver high-touch service across all channels: in-store, online chat, email, phone, virtual consultations, and private home visits when requested. 
- Communicate with sensitivity and discretion, adapting tone and recommendations to each client s status and taste. 
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and proactive engagement. 
Strategic Outreach & Business Growth 
- Define and execute an outreach strategy aligned with business targets. 
- Work with internal teams to obtain relevant customer lists, study their profiles, and target them consciously based on purchase history and preferences. 
- Proactively engage clients with tailored recommendations, lookbooks, and curated selections to drive incremental sales. 
- Ensure a minimum 10% uplift in sales vs. last year by consistently identifying new opportunities. 
eCommerce-Specific Responsibilities 
- Manage the online chat, providing prompt and expert advice to drive conversion. 
- Handle product inquiries, pre-orders, and sourcing requests for out-of-stock or special-order items. 
- Retarget customers who initiate returns by suggesting alternative products to contain return rates. 
- Identify and leverage transactional data to drive personalized outreach (e.g., frequent brand/category buyers, corporate accounts, launch announcements). 
- Support the onboarding and engagement of B2B clients into Tanagra s corporate program. 
Clienteling & Retail Collaboration 
- Leverage CRM and clienteling tools (apps, profiles, client development plans) to track journeys and identify opportunities. 
- Act as a coach and role model to retail teams, championing a consistent, elevated client experience. 
- Partner with the Training team to design and deliver development programs that enhance styling and cross-selling expertise across the region. 
- Actively recruit new clients and partners in line with Tanagra s acquisition strategy. 
What you ll need to succeed  
- 5+ years in personal shopping, sales advisory, or luxury retail (ideally omnichannel). 
- Passion and knowledge in luxury lifestyle, homeware, and client trends. 
- Strong digital fluency: eCommerce platforms, CRM, clienteling tools, live shopping.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to:
- Adapt tone and approach based on client status.
- Understand taste and proactively suggest products in line with purchase history. 
- Availability to travel, visit stores, and conduct in-home consultations when required. 
- Organized, entrepreneurial, and client-centric mindset. 
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus. 
- An established portfolio of high-net-worth clients
