Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist

Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring “Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist” in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt.



Job Scope:

The Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist will focus on labor law compliance, payroll, personnel administration, and people management. This role ensures accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance, manages employees records and lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, benefits, leave), and supports employees relations, company code of conduct compliance, responding to employees inquiries, and workplace culture. The position also ensures HR policy compliance and drives operational efficiency across people functions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in payroll, personnel administration, and people management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices with experience in dealing with labor law offices and social insurance authorities.
  • Experience handling employees relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to details.
