Senior Personnel Specialist (Department of Transportation & Public Works)

This position coordinates the administrative actions for discipline and labor relations activities from initiation to completion for assigned divisions in the Department of Transportation and Public Works. The Department of Transportation and Public Works has over 4,000+ employees. The responsibilities include providing guidance and support to supervisory and managerial staff regarding discipline policies, procedures, and contract interpretations, utilizing considerable independent judgement and professional knowledge of theories and processes, and ensuring the process follows established guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.
