Your key duties

We are looking for curious and motivated Senior Planning Consultant to be based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh to Join our dynamic team to deliver transformative urban development and strategic planning projects across the Middle East and beyond. As a key member of our Strategies & Plans Group, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive technical excellence, and foster lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic planning and masterplanning projects.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to create tailored, integrated solutions.
• Manage project performance - technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Support business growth through work-winning and market insight.

Your skills and experience

• Significant consultancy experience in urban development and strategic planning.Proven leadership on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong client engagement and team management skills.
• Degree in urban planning, geography, engineering, or related field (Master’s/Chartership desirable).
• Experience in the Middle East and international markets preferred.
