Strategic Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Strategy Consultant to lead the development of a comprehensive strategy and five-year strategic plan (2025–2030), integrating:

Scope of Work

• Strategic Planning Excellence - Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with Vision 2030.
• Corporate Governance Framework Development - Design and implement a corporate governance framework (board optimization, risk & compliance).
• Organizational Structure Optimization - Propose organizational structure optimization across 20+ portfolio companies.
• IPO Readiness & Capital Market Preparation - Conduct IPO readiness assessment and roadmap (financial, governance, investor relations).

Consultant Profile

• 10+ years in strategic consulting, including governance and IPO readiness.
• Proven experience with multi-company groups/portfolio organizations.
• Track record in cultural or creative industries and/or emerging markets (MENA preferred).
• Strong understanding of Saudi/GCC market context, governance standards, and Vision 2030 framework.
• Deep understanding of IPO preparation requirements and ongoing public company obligations (preferably in the Middle East region).
• Knowledge of digital governance platforms.
• Bilingual capability (Arabic/English) preferred.

The selected consultant will work closely with the Group's leadership across different companies and brands to develop an integrated strategic framework that balances cultural innovation with business sustainability, implements world-class governance practices, optimizes organizational structures for efficiency and transparency, and prepares the organization for potential initial public offering and ongoing public company excellence.

The consulting engagement must deliver integrated strategic planning that seamlessly combines traditional strategic planning excellence with corporate governance development and IPO readiness preparation. This integration ensures that all strategic recommendations support the organization's cultural mission while building the governance foundation and capital market readiness necessary for long-term success and potential public market participation.
