Senior Planning Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an Engineer I, Planning with strong expertise in project planning and controls to join our ePMO team. The role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for major construction and infrastructure projects. You will ensure alignment with contractual requirements, execution strategies, and company objectives while mentoring junior planners and providing management with accurate reports and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop baseline schedules in Primavera P6 and ensure client approvals.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery actions.
• Perform delay impact analysis and support EOT claims .
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and present dashboards/reports using Excel & Power BI .
• Track manpower, equipment, and productivity performance against baselines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years of planning experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Primavera P6 expert ; strong knowledge of project control methods (EVM, critical path).
• PMP certification required ; SP certification is a plus .
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI .
• Experience in GCC contracting practices is preferred.
