Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description:

· Support the project manager with the information needed to implement the project in a timely manner and within the allocated budget. This information is used by project managers in making decisions for the accurate implementation of the project.

· Perform periodic updates and reviews of timetables to achieve the objectives, as there are always some deviations in the plan,

· Calculate resource requirements related to manpower, machinery and materials requirements.

· Create cash flow analysis and cost differences (current cash flow versus expected cash flow).

· Coordinate with various departments such as design department, procurement, contracts, quality and operating departments.

· Ensure optimal use of all common tools and processes.

Improves project efficiency and advises in accordance with SOPs.

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

· 5-7 years of experience in the same field

· Very Good Command in both spoken and written English Language.

· Real estate developers experience is preferred
