- Review and study BOQ and contract at the start phase of project.
- Attends Project Kick-Off Meeting.
- Prepare the baseline and tender stage tentative program.
- Prepare and review of the project program as per client received baseline program.
- Prepare sub-contractor project program and issue to the project team for following up.
- Update weekly project program and issue to the Operations Manager for review and approval.
- Review and submit the weekly reports to the Operations Manager for review and approval.
- Upon obtaining the approval of Operations Manager, issue the weekly reports to clients.
- Attending the Weekly Project progress meetings (PPM's) and recording the minutes of meeting.
- Knowledge of recording minutes of meeting.
- Reviewing the procurement tracker and providing the target dates to the procurement department.
- Co-ordinating with the project managers for any labor acceleration program required.
- Prepare the acceleration program as per the requirement.
- Prepare and issue the recovery program as per the project requirement.
- Project tracking as per the project schedule during site visit and ensure that all the activities are ongoing as per project program.
- Any Delay of activity to be recorded and program to be updated.
- Review Variation Order's and Conformation of Verbal Instruction's for any time impact.
- Prepare Extension of time (EOT) claims and submit to the Operations Manager for review and approval.
- Prepare the labor histogram as per project requirement and issue to the project team.
- Prepare and maintain the quarterly look-ahead resource plan, and submit it to the Operations Manager for weekly review.
- Prepare the cash flow charts and issue to Operations Manager for review and approval.
- Review and update the project dashboard and provide look ahead activities.
- Experience in Project Contracts will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in interior fit-out or MEP.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out sequence, materials, procurement timelines, and authority requirements.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
